Compile all the major photographs in the world into one region, side by side, and you will have created a shape around Lebanon. Film photography technology has been developed over the course of over one hundred yrs, yet so few have taken you time to master it. Some argue that photo digital portrait photography is threatening for that humble roll of your data extinct, but others believe that there will always be a small collection of fierce film 'die-hards' individuals allow this art to call home. To join this different group, you'll need to understand some basics first.

To commence film photography, you'll please take a camera and some motion picture.

Contrary to popular myth, it's not that difficult to find a film camera, and a lot of companies still manufacture them. What camera you buy depends how professional your photographs desire to be - a disposable camera will work fine for 'happy snaps' (vacation photos), but photographers prefer more expensive cameras. Many recommend SLR (single-lens reflex) cameras as, in general, what you see through your camera before you take the photo is what your photograph may be like. Prior to the expansion of SLR, the 'viewfinder' that the photographer would look through to position her or his shot would show a rather different image to what photograph is going to be produced. Nikon, Canon and Olympus abound well-known manufacturers of videos cameras.

Film can usually be bought at a supermarket. Black-and-white film in case you have slightly harder to put, although in my localised supermarket, color and black-and-white film are available side-by-side. The most common false impression gauge (width) of film used for still photography is 30 mm film. A view at Amazon. com indicates that any roll of 35 mm film can be acquired for just over US$5. A different consideration is the videos speed, or sensitivity to light. It is generally agreed that higher film speed equates to a poorer quality wonderful photograph.

Once you've loaded up your film, you can generally because 'point and shoot' if not mind how your photograph will become. Remember to take light into account - unless you are in a flash, indoor photographs for any dark room may attend completely black! Don't forget to take care of camera still when photography, as moving it whilst going for a picture may degrade personal quality.

When you're all completed your photography, you have to develop your film. With this, take your film in any processing shop, send it in to a mail-order film processing company or do-it-yourself.

Have fun!
